辻井伸行、ピアノ・ソロ・ツアー。 Nobuyuki Tsujii

　11月末にスタートした今回のツアーも
　ちょうど半分を消化したところです。
　（26日の鎌倉で年内分は終了で、
　年明けは２～３月にかけて、あと９本。）
　演目は、前半がショパン、後半がリスト。

ピアニッシモの柔らかいタッチと繊細・流麗な歌は健在で、
久しぶりに生でそれを確認できると、なんだかホッとしてしまったのですが、
力強さも加わりつつある、そんな‘芽’も感じました。
今はちょうどそういう起点に立っておられるのかなあ、と。

あどけなさからの卒業は、少々淋しさも感じさせるのですが、
まだまだ進化途中ですもんね。 今後が楽しみなのはもちろんです。

Thanks to "google translate", I have been able to "read" many Japanese blog posts. I must say that yours is refreshingly thoughtful. Instead of just gushing about Tsujii-san, your appreciation goes deeper and shows a genuine concern for Nobu-kun. Bravos!

I have gone to many of his performances, and I feel the same. He has matured significantly as an artist. Every blind person has to deal with the isolation that comes with not being able to see. Tsujii-san is no exception. I hope, in time, he will find love in life beyond the piano.

Yes, “Nobu-kun” has matured, and now, I have to learn calling him “Tsujii-san”!
Tickets of his concert were sold out very quickly, all over Japan…
It’s been getting more and more difficult for me to get them.
I do hope that I will be able to get the next chance to listen his performance very soon.
